A divorce appraisal provides an independent, defensible opinion of a home's fair market value so that marital property can be divided equitably. Family law attorneys, mediators, and the court rely on a neutral third-party appraiser to remove emotion and bias from one of the largest assets in any divorce — the family home.

Neutral and Court-Accepted
I serve as an independent appraiser, not an advocate for either spouse. My reports are written to be clearly understood and accepted by family courts throughout Riverside County, and I am available to explain my conclusions to attorneys or the court when needed. Over 1,000 divorce appraisals have been completed in my career.
Two-Client Discount
When both spouses or both attorneys agree to share a single neutral appraisal, a two-client discount is available. A shared appraisal saves money, avoids duelling valuations, and speeds resolution.
Current or Retrospective Values
Divorce matters sometimes require a value as of a specific past date — the date of separation, date of marriage, or another court-relevant date. I can provide both current market value and retrospective valuations supported by historical comparable sales.
Confidential and Responsive
Divorce is sensitive. I handle every assignment discreetly, communicate directly with you or your attorney, and work to meet court and mediation deadlines.
Pricing
Divorce appraisals start at $299 depending on property type and scope. Ask about the two-client discount when both parties share one neutral report. See the full fee schedule for all report types.
